BARRICK FIRED ME FOR EXPOSING THEIR NEPOTISM AND CRONYISM.
HERE'S THE EMAIL CHARLIE BEATTY SAID WAS THE REASON FOR MY FIRING. I chewed that silly redneck's ass out too. One of the only times I saw that blowhard speechless. Beatty brought his punk with him when they drove me out of the mine. I was so mad I was hoping those bitches would try to ambush me.

Just in the time I’ve been here, several people have been hired because they have a relative who works here: I’ve met a guy who’s stepmom works here (you know she helped him get on); a guy whose brother works here; a lady whose husband works here; and two guys whose dads work here.
In addition, I just found out the guy who got the job at Warehouse 1, Scott, is a friend of Herschel’s. I am a far better candidate than Scott, and I’m not pleased with your obviously biased decision. I have Dynalift and forklift experience. I have six months experience in a gold mining operation. Scott has neither.
Bert Schmidt told me he would no longer participate in the interview process because it’s a big sham - those doing the hiring already know who they want to hire, they’re just going through the motions of interviewing people for appearance sake. It certainly appears that way.

Becky Bilson and Melissa Anderson of the Elko, Nevada, manpower office have seriously slandered me. They're completely exaggerating the exchanges we've had. If they weren't middleaged females, they wouldn't even be in positions of power. A man could never get away with that kind of squirelly behavior.
At one point, when I inquired about being moved into another position - since my assignment at Barrick was about to end - Bilson (who is one of the most bitter and caustic people I've ever encountered - she never once talked to me in a civil tone) said, "That would be like borrowing from Peter to pay Paul!" To which I jokingly responded, "Who's Peter?"
Bilson - a typical female neurotic - immediately seized upon this as an opportunity to impale the hated white male for making a "sexual innuendo." Bilson needs to get her mind out of the gutter, take some anger management courses, and befriend the truth a little.
Some time later, word got back to me that Bilson was repeating this story and trying to cast me as some kind of lech. I wrote her a letter and informed her that I was suing her for slander to the tune of $5000 in small claims court. And, if she wanted to forestall said lawsuit, she can settle out of court for $5000. So what does that flake (Bilson's probably on half a dozen prescriptions - business "professionals" comprise the largest percentage of addicts when it comes to legal drug abuse) do? She calls one of her relatives at Elko Police Dept (the entire county is inbred) who tries to intimidate me for pushing my legal rights.
I'm having a hard time finding a job. I know Bilson blackballed me in the entire Elko area. She is definitely the type to get on the phone and call all her girlfriends in the area telling them not to hire me (My God! Are we still in junior high?). That's how the pitiful, spurned middleaged splittail works. And I can only guess what kind of entries Bilson has placed on my employment background report. Vindictive middleaged females (I'm sure you're one of them) have absolutely no qualms about telling whatever lies you have to to "win."
This is why Jesus Christ is destroying America: it's run by the most evil people the world has seen in a long time. Of course, you couldn't care less, and I know that. I just want to leave a nice paper trail.
I want a copy of my personnel file, and I'll keep requesting it until you provide it. I'm also setting up a blog, and I intend to publicize Manpower's attitude in every chatroom there is.
"People" like you are getting away with murder.
It's all coming to a head, though. The American employee has been abused enough. Google it if you want. Many employee orgs have been formed in the last ten years. If pleas to do the right thing can't move people like you, the sheer numbers of the disaffected will.

Just in the time I’ve been here, several people have been hired because they have a relative who works here: I’ve met a guy who’s stepmom works here (you know she helped him get on); a guy whose brother works here; a lady whose husband works here; and two guys whose dads work here.
In addition, I just found out the guy who got the job at Warehouse 1, Scott, is a friend of Herschel’s. I am a far better candidate than Scott, and I’m not pleased with your obviously biased decision. I have Dynalift and forklift experience. I have six months experience in a gold mining operation. Scott has neither.
Bert Schmidt told me he would no longer participate in the interview process because it’s a big sham - those doing the hiring already know who they want to hire, they’re just going through the motions of interviewing people for appearance sake. It certainly appears that way.

I THOUGHT HIRING & PROMOTION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BASED ON ABILITY ....
NOT TO THESE WORTHLESS CONFUSATIVES/REDNECKS/NAZIS.
THESE "MEN" (DAMN, I HATE TO USE THAT TERM IN REFERRING TO OVERGROWN 10-YEAR OLDS) ARE JUST OLD-FASHIONED HYPOCRITS. THEIR MAIN ARGUMENT AGAINST AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IS THAT HIRING AND PROMOTION SHOULD BE BASED ON MERIT AND ABILITY; NOT RACE, GENDER OR ANY OTHER NON-BONAFIDE QUALIFICATION.
BUT VERY FEW OF THEM WERE HIRED ON THE BASIS OF THEIR ABILITY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MINES FIRST STARTED UP. THEY'RE HICKS WHO KNOW HOW TO CHAW AND PUT HOLES IN COYOTES (ISN'T HUNTING COWARDLY? WHY DON'T THEY GO AFTER THAT COYOTE WITH JUST A KNIFE? THEY'RE PUSSIES, THAT'S WHY.) AND RAISE UP THEIR PICK 'EM UP TRUCKS.
THE BULK OF THEM GOT JOBS THERE BECAUSE A FRIEND OR A RELATIVE ALREADY WORKS THERE. I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT. I WORKED THERE AS A TEMPORARY.
